Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long until I receive my Corporation or LLC Kit?
   

   Your kit ships the same day if your order is placed before 2:00 PM MST. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. You should receive your kit within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

2. Does my kit come with a seal?
   

   Yes, all kits come wit a seal unless otherwise stated when ordered. Also, a rubber stamp may be ordered in place of the embossing seal for a minimal extra charge. Rubber stamp orders may delay shipping until the next business day.

3. What does the CD contain?
   

   The CD contains the forms in the By-Laws package for corporations or Operating Agreement for LLCs. You can use the Cd to print additional forms when needed.

4. What information will I need when ordering?
   

   First you will need to have filed with the Secretary of State. You will then need the following information:

   • The name of your company
   • The state and year of incorporation or organization
   • Preference for "All Caps" or "Upper & Lower Case" lettering for company name
   • Number of shares authorized and the par value for shares if a corporation
   • Form of Management for an LLC - Member or Manager Managed
